Use of Information

Who we share your data with:

  1. Kajabi: An integrated platform which manages our site, courses, email marketing campaigns, webinar and general hosting. An American company with headquarters in 2860 Michelle, #110, Irvine, CA 92606, United States of America.
  2. Google Analytics: a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company with headquarters in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer, to help yourspanishdreams.com analyse how users use the site. The information generated by cookies about your use of yourspanishdreams.com (including your IP address) will be directly sent to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
  3. Payment management: In order to process our payments we use Stripe.com 

We only provide third parties with the information they need to perform the exact services we specify in our contract with them and we never sell your data to third parties. We work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected at all times. If at any time we stop using third party services, any information held by them will either be deleted or rendered anonymous.

Children Age 16 and Under

Your Spanish Dreams recognises the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 16 and under. As such, if you are under 16 and have accessed this website without notifying your parents you must not register as a user.
